1. Who Can Use MODULR

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use MODULR. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of MODULR, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use MODULR to send spam, abusive content, or misleading information
• Collect or store personal data about others without proper authorization
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Data & Privacy

You own the content and data (email campaigns, strategies, and information) you create with MODULR. We do not sell or misuse your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and protect personal information.

5. Intellectual Property

MODULR owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content, including the MODULR Method™, playbooks, templates, and frameworks, excluding your data. You may not use MODULR branding, visuals, or proprietary content without written permission.

6. Playbook Access and Revenue Sprint Services

We offer both one-time purchases (Playbook Access) and service packages (Email Revenue Sprint). By purchasing our services:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for one-time or recurring fees
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Service deliverables and timelines are outlined in your specific service agreement

Plan details and pricing are subject to change with advance notice.

7. Service Delivery

For Email Revenue Sprint and custom services, we commit to delivering work within the agreed timeline. If you are unsatisfied with deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss revisions or resolutions.

8. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service may be revoked and data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

MODULR is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific revenue results, uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we make warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Email marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MODULR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via our website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
