Workshop or consulting: which is right for me?
Workshop if you want to own the system and run it yourself. Consulting if you want the outcome without the process. The workshop teaches you the system so you can calibrate AI to your voice on your own time. Consulting is for operators who know email is leaving revenue on the table and would rather have us run it week to week.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The workshop uses developer tools like Claude Code, Zed, and GitHub because they let you truly own the system instead of renting one. We walk you through every setup step. If you can copy and paste, you can run this.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
Access to your past email copy and any performance data you have. The more we can analyze, the sharper your voice profile. For consulting engagements we also ask for platform access and a list of upcoming campaigns.
