About MODULR

We map revenue machines.
(And we're allergic to boring.)

Two founders, zero account managers. We find where your revenue leaks, fix it one module at a time, and hand you the keys.

What we believe

Five things we won't budge on.

The leaks are between the bricks

Product, sales, marketing, and service each run their own playbook, and nobody owns the handoffs. 55% of customers say it feels like they're talking to separate departments, not one company (Salesforce, State of the Connected Customer). The seams are where the money escapes.

Revenue > vanity metrics

Opens, impressions, followers: nice to look at, easy to game, and none of it pays rent. We optimize for one number, money in your bank account. The dashboard can say whatever it wants.

You should own your machine

We document everything we build and hand you the keys. Making ourselves replaceable is the point. An agency you can't fire isn't a partner, it's a dependency.

One module at a time beats one big bang

Nobody fixes their whole revenue machine in a quarter, and the ones who try break what already works. We rank the leaks by what they're costing you and fix them in order. Small installs, compounding wins.

A map beats an opinion

Most advice is a guess dressed up as strategy. We won't tell you what to fix until we've traced how revenue actually moves through your business. See the machine first, then decide, with receipts, not vibes.

The story

How we got here

A company hits its number one quarter and misses it the next, and nobody can say why. Same team. Same product. Same effort. The revenue just… leaks.

We've watched it happen from the inside. Too many times.

Over a decade building revenue systems at high-growth companies, we saw the same pattern repeat. Sales blamed marketing. Marketing blamed the leads. Everyone pointed at the CRM, or the campaigns, or the follow-up that never went out. Each team optimized its own corner and the number stayed stubbornly flat.

Every piece worked. What failed was the machine connecting them, and nobody had ever mapped it.

Revenue runs on a duct-taped web of tools, handoffs, and habits, stitched together over years by people who've since moved on. No one owns the seams. The CRM is a contact graveyard, the handoff from marketing to sales lives in one person's head, and the leaks hide exactly where no single team is looking.

So we built MODULR to fix it. We map how revenue moves through your whole business, pinpoint every leak, and fix them one module at a time, in the order that's costing you most. You can run the fix list yourself with our playbooks, or have us build it for you.

We've tracked $5M+ in client revenue doing it, with 10+ years in the machines that generate it. And we've learned this: a single fix makes money once. A connected machine makes it every month.
